Protea Factors CC operates a Trust account and Business account with Absa Bank Ltd. No collection \u2013 No charge. If we don\u2019t perform you have absolutely no costs to pay. If the recovery of your bad debt is successful, then a collection commission of 20% (twenty), Excl Vat is charged. Any other costs charged will be for the debtors account in terms of the Debt Collectors Act No.114 (1998) and not the client\u2019s account.
