In striving for our commitment to service excellence and our quest for outstanding results we often send out questionnaires to our clients ensuring that our present service levels are in keeping with their expectations, and encourage suggestions that client’s may have to help improve our services. Our success rate is borne not only by our experience (EST.1985) but also by our existing long term client base and our ability to both trace and collect.
Guarantees
The fidelity guarantee aspect is covered by the Council for Debt Collectors in terms of their code of conduct and expulsion rules to which we subscribe. Protea Factors CC operates a Trust account and Business account with Absa Bank Ltd. A letter of reference can be obtained by contacting our offices or alternatively contacting our Bankers directly at Durban City Branch.
Our Fees
Our fees are based strictly on results. No collection – No charge. If we don’t perform you have absolutely no costs to pay. If the recovery of your bad debt is successful, then a collection commission of 20% (twenty), Excl Vat is charged. Any other costs charged will be for the debtors account in terms of the Debt Collectors Act No.114 (1998) and not the client’s account. Contact us for full Terms and Conditions.
